On March 30th I received a 2005 catalog as part of order number 063985. I opened a help desk ticket asking why a 2005 catalog and not a 2006 had been sent to me. They said the 2006 was not ready to be released as of yet. However they were willing to send me a 2006 catalog when it was released toward the end of April if I paid the shipping charge again.
Well, I see where you released the 2006 catalogs on April 5th, 6 days after I received my last year's version.
I think it is quite unfair for me to have to pay again for a catalog that I already paid for including the shipping. You very well could have held off on shipping last years catalog for the time period involved.
I just re-ordered it under number 064681 and voiced my concern in the comments section.
I tried posting this under the Boatfix Business Forum, but I see where it is locked out.
