Force 125 Impeller

I have a 1989 Force 125 outboard and I seem to be changing the impeller each year. I'm tired of shelling out about $300 each time and waiting 1-2 weeks to have it done. Can someone give me a brief instruction on how to change the impeller myself and on a scale of 1-5, 5 being most difficult, rate how hard it is to do it.
