I am not sure if all of you are familiar with the former Four Seasons marina on the west side of the Sac River not too far downstream of Miller Park, but last Friday I saw a presentation of a set of master-planned community entitlements for a project called River Park by Richland Communities. These development plans for several hundred acres of land behind the levee in West Sac also include a proposal to develop a new public dock and associated ammenities at the site of the former "Four Seasons". Not sure if Richland can pull it off, but they'd be the ones to do it! Of course, development of the actual marina would be years off, no matter what.
