Time to lighten up. The important thing is that some of the gang gave this laddie some decent advice.
I hope he enjoys himself and comes back for more another year.
He really lucked out on the weather. Magnifico Today.
 
We really enjoy parking at the Las Olas riverfront garage ( never hurts to arrive early) and taking the tour ferries across to the center of the show. from there busses will take you everywhere. Driving anywhere near the show is just not worth it.
 
Florida's nice to the handicapped; most parking is free. We haven't been to the show down there in quite a few years. Vacation time hasn't matched show time. It always was the biggest and nicest boat show we had attended. The people were friendly; the boats were beautiful; the food and weather were great. What more could you ask for? Emjoy, all. I'll have to settle for the NY show in January, no comparison. Hy

I curious to hear people's opinions who see it up close.

I personally think it's ugly and not pratical in some regards, but it does have some cool features that would be awesome to own.
If money was no object, this could be in my personal floating boat garage!

Believe it or not...we ended up not going. The time line was a bit too tight for us. I had a week of training in West Palm Beach and then one week of holiday to spend at our house in Cape Coral. We are still trying to get everything for the house, and thought the boat show was going to leave us a bit short. I know in about two months back home in the cold Canadian winter, I am going to kick myself, but...

Look at upper right corner when at forum level (not within a topic). You should see a drop down that allows you to filter posts by date. Make sure filter is not set to only show new topics within last 24 hours. Probably want to set to several months or so if you are new

Can't send PMs, get into a couple of subforums or Email members without "donating" $20 for an anchor by your name.

Other than that you should see most of the threads on here.
 
I saw that black hulled sail boat in North Sound Virgin Gorda last year. I wonder who owns it?
