If anyone is interested, I have a jig I made for my cabin stairs (32 Montego).
The first couple of years the stairs were made with white laminate on the sides and a thin teak veneer on the tops. After that, they used white laminate on the tops as well.
Mine was teak and had seen better days. I made a 4 ply laminate (about 3/8" thick) to replace the teak veneer. I made a jig to bend and glue the laminate ply trim that I will have no use for again if anyone wants it. It is free, but for local pickup only (Sandusky/Cleveland, OH). They are 2' x 4' each with the positive cut out.
I hope to have it all finished in a few weeks and will post pictures of the upgrade. I also am covering the white laminate sides in teak veneer to make it look a little different.
Thanks,
Jim
