I am looking to purchase my first boat and the 80's 28 Voyager looks like a good one for us. Planned use is Scuba Diving, fishing and cruising off the coast of Southern California. I am hoping that someone can provide some feedback on Fuel Economy and how much roll the boat has in swells.
