Hi Kenny
When I installed a set of Raycors previously I just cut the existing fuel line in 2, using barbed fittings/clamps on the filter unit. I always planned for this to be a temporary hookup solution because the lines are old and should be replaced anyway. The time has come - I am wanting to replumb. Finding assembled USCG appvd fuel lines with crimped fittings (my pref over barbs/clamps) seems to be challenging. I have located only 1 line, and it has 3/8 INV FLARED fittings instead of the JIC/SAE style on the boat now. Any hints or recommendations on where to look? Or is this now a "custom job" where I have to go find a shop somewhere?

You should be able to find what you need at a hydraulic hose outlet. They will be able to make up your hose with fittings as they should have most types of fittings in stock.

agreed, goodyear has hose shops in most areas
