He and another local broker in my area were well know creeps. In fact where they had the so called "accident" you could have swam 50 feet and been in less than 3 feet of water. This area is well known for shallow water. Any of the guys I took out of Tuckerton and remember the sticks leading out of my old marina would have an understanding of the water levels in the area the supposed accident happened.
