Recentley purchased a Blue Seas fuse block ,ad says cover insulates all condutive parts , satisfying ABYC/USGC requirements ,blue seas says you should not use this in engine compartment because its not ign protected I under stand the need for not having a spark where fuel vapors could be but why do they say that it satisfys usg requirements thank you
