Garboard Drain Location

1996 380 Santego new to me. Where's the drain plug? I was in the bilge today cleaning up and looking for the garboard drain, didn't see it. On my 32 it was just ahead of the aft bilge pump. When I checked the manual the only thing I could find was a notation for a transom drain location. But that looks like it is on the outside of the boat right at the base of keel and transom area. Is that right?

Thats where mine is. Thats where I recall seeing it on most of the 380 Santegos I have been on as well.
 
In between the engines, forward I have a round inspection cover. unscrew the cover and reach down to a T handle plug. Otherwise, if you have a small floor hatch just in front of the steps in your salon, look in there and look down and aft for the T handle. My friend has a 1992 and he claims he doesn't have a plug(?)
 
Found it when boat came out of water this past weekend. It is outside the boat at the base of the transom in the center.
