How about starting a sticky for gas prices?
Most of us have smart phones with boatered on them. When someone fills up they post the date, the fuel type and the price. Also if they are getting gas, they post diesel price or vice versa.

We all need to figure out how to save a buck or two this year!

AYC has new tanks and pumps but last year I found that Bergen point station to be cheaper even with AYC discount.

I can keep a steady post on AYC prices and I can see surfside with binoculars!
 
This could be useful, so lets not post anything other than prices of fuel. This will make it easy to navigate.

And yes, if you can get delivery of fuel by truck, Rob from Direct Marine Fuel is the way to go.
 
Delivered to boat today - $4.39/gal for diesel from Rising Tide Fuel
 
5/12/11 SS3 Lindenhurst $4.85/gal 89 octane *Only 89 octane will be carried at SS3 this summer.

SS3 85 octane price is now $4.61/Gal.
Frank & Dicks in the SBC was $4.90 somthing/Gal...Heck, for a little bit more you can get a frozen cocktale!
 
Diesel at pt judith marina is 3.89 leas 0.10 over 500

While not LIS but not that far away, Atlantic highland is 3.75. Worth the trip from western LIS if you have big tanks!

4.69 for high test (91 octane) the don't sell anything less octane)

Not sure if they are still offering 10c off per gallon to AYC members.

I don't see a "Shell" sign anymore, I don't think it is a "Shell" station anymore
