Hello everyone.
I need to remove the leaky 89 gals gas tank in my 88 Renken Seamaster. I have access to the top of the tank. The sides are about 1/2 to 1 inch from the hull and are foamed in.
I've tried to remove as much foam as I could before tying a rope to the tank filler neck. I then tied the rope to a 2x4 and use a car jack to lift the tank up. So far I managed to broke the 2x4 but the tank would not move.
Any other ideas or trip on how to remove this tank without damaging it.
Thanks in advance.
