Larry is correct. However, if it is just stains, snow bowl toilet cleaner works wonders. It is safer than muriatic acid. Just squeeze it on let it sit about 2 minutes, hose it off.
Did you have bottom paint on it?? If not, it might be something to consider in the future if you plan to leave it in the water for long periods of time.
If you do decide to paint, you should now know where your water line is.. in which case, it will need to be sanded anyway for prep..
If you don't want to paint, I've had pretty good luck with "Spray Nine Boat Bottom" cleaner....
there are a number of boat bottom cleaners you can choose from...all are acids, so I'd be careful around the decals...shouldn't bother them, but it depends on the quality of decals the manufacturer used.
After you get it all clean, have it bottom painted for next year. Aluminum takes a special formula, so hire a pro or do a thorough research before trying it yourself.
