I can't believe this really goes on. What if another boat hits it? What if it rams land or washes up somewhere we don't want it? I think owners should be forced to claim it or sink it.

There was a gizmodo article I saw this morning where they figured that if you put a line on it, it was yours for the keeping. Sure…go ahead. Pull up in a 25 foot center console, throw a line on and see how that works out.
