1. The dock ladders do rise above the deck but are placed off to the side of the boat slips and are not easily accessible.
2. Boarding and unboarding at low tide is extremely difficult due to the 2 feet increase in height of the dock.
3. The cleats are not placed correctly behind each slip and are not useable as they are now. You have to cross lines with your neighbor.
4. Although brand new water terminals were installed there will be no water available until next year due to an engineering oversight.
5. Only a few of the picnic tables have holes for an umbrella.
