Governor for 6.5 KW Quicksilver marine genset

I need a new or good used replacement governor for my genset which largely destructed when started last Spring after six months on the hard. My Sea Ray dealer and mechanics at my marina seem unable to locate a replacement governor. If no replacement, does anyone know where to go to re-build the governor?

I believe that Generac made that unit, at least they made my old 6.5.
Not sure where to go.
