I have not yet installed floscans on board and would like to get a ballpark figure on my gasoline consumption. I have a 1982 29' Phoenix Sportfish. Twin Mercruiser 230hp V-8's, velvet drive transmissions. Boat weighs 8500 lbs. and holds 160 gallons of fuel. If anyone has a similar vessel and knows what they burn, I'd be interested to know. I know it's only an estimation, but would help me out until I install the fuel flow meters. Oh, I usually cruise at between 17 and 22 kts.
