I have always run my boat with the full bridge enclosure completely off when the weather is nice and always thought it would be nice to just snap up a bridge cover for the night instead of putting up and taking down every panel 3 times a weekend. I never leave the bridge open overnight since every time I chance it of course it rains.

I had this bridge cover made by a local guy and I am very happy with how it looks and how easy it is to put on and take off. Its raining today and I just went to look to see if its all dry up there and sure enough bone dry! All I need to do now is buff and polish the other side of the hull and I am ready for splashing!!

Nice cover. We have a factory mooring cover for our bridge, but it has low spots where water can accumulate. I like how yours is made as I am sure water runs off it very well.

My canvas guy was worried that only one pole would not be enough and the cover would have 2 low spots at the front corners of the windshield. We were able to get the pole high enough that this is now a non issue. The cover looks like its easily made but he had a hard time with this boat since the cover is on so many different planes with the rise of the windshield and the slope of the arch combined with the height. Overall it looks great, he is coming back to figure out a solution for something a little more water tight around the bimini top poles.

Looks like a nice job and I'm sure is way easier to put on that the full enclosure. Why didn't he match the black canvas of the aft deck enclosure?

The back canvas is Captains Navy just like the top. The canvas on the back is from 1998. I am having this canvas guy do the aft enclosure this summer with captains navy and polycarbonate. This winter the whole enclosure is being done with captains navy and strataglass.

Very nice. It sure looks black in the pictures. I've always liked the 36/370/405/406 Motor Yacht So roomy and a great performing boat. Where in Michigan are you...We were just at Belle Maer Harbor and Mac Ray yesterday to visit some friends.

370 - Don't mean to hi-jack your thread, but I see from the pics you're in New Buffalo...I was there Friday/Saturday working on ours. Any chance you can contact me regarding your canvas guy? (jroot213_at_gmail.com) I want to get some work done and have a couple different names.

Kenny, I'm in New Buffalo Michigan, I bought the boat from Oselka Marina new when they were a Carver dealer.

JeffR, Andy from Ship Shape Canvas did mine. His number is 269-325-2525. He does excellent work that is very affordable. Let him know that I gave you his number (Ray Bock).

The boat looks great and so does the cover! Nice job...

I have the same set up. I only use the full encloser before Memorial day and after Labor day when it is cold. If I wanted to sit inside I would stay home. If the sun gets to be too much I put up the bimini top.

looks great.Even if we make sock around the frames with ties water can still run down the frames. :(
