Do they have any problems with collisions? At night with obstructed view and
heavy traffic. I would think it would be a problem?

These canals are a minimum 100' wide, and we only choose canals wide enough for our largest boat to turn, it's a 44' sailing catamaran.

Parade speed is about 4-5 knots, and we ask the boaters to stay 1-2 lots behind each other, so with all these things going for us, the Parade has been incident free for 14 years.

We have had a few close calls, but since we're not playing horseshoes....
