I wouldn't worry about air draft, yes a lower boats may let you sneak under one or two bridges on the ICW but what s big deal...
Draft though is indeed a consideration deoending on where you want to go, most of th boats you re looking at max out at 5' or so (George can correct me if th 56 draws more, maybe 5 3?) so it won't make much of a difference. The older 53 like mine draws 4' which is nice but 5' is not a big deal on th ICW and bahamas. In th keys you may have to watch the tides on the bay side.
Broker commission is 10% paid by the seller. Boats that size are rarely sold outside brokers but that happens.
