Have you learned and benifited from this site???

Gregory, thanks. Les, if you are monitoring this thread, please send me an email.

If anyone knows of a more direct means of making contact, please let me know.

The site has been very helpful in the last six years as I moved from a pwc to a 30', and now a 36' boat.

I would be happy to support it.

Often les gets backed up with a lot of "stuff". Turnaround after payment is usually less than a week. Thanks for supporting the site.

Thanks for all the kind words. Sorry for the delay in the anchors. Global warming has caused the oceans to rise. Therefore it takes longer for a ship to get here from China. All the exp. dates have been updated as well. Let me know if you see any errors. Thanks again.

Walt, I met you in this site, then had the pleasure of meeting you in person, even bought a van from you lol, which BTW is still going!
You personally have helped me out of a difficult situation which was non boating related, as well as at least 5 others on this site, one of which is Billy3 - who is an incredible standup gentleman and friend to this day. Is this even a boating site?? Kidding, but I have made long term friends here and those relationships are invaluable.
As far as boating, I couldn't even put a value on what I have learned here, I'm a do it yourselfer but it goes behond that. I am much safer, more educated, a hell of a lot more wiser, and have been able to move up in boat size much faster because of what I can do myself and the confidence I have gained here.
I also frequent other sites and can say the people here are more civilized and generous in their info offerings, good people here our differences aside.
I never understood the ain't anchor sentiments. If you are given good services you tip. I'm a lifer at this point, and it's one of my favorite and valued places to hang out!

Really, really well said Brit. Worth every cent and more... I might even renew EARLY!

You old timers here should remember that it was the members that suggested paying for membership. Les has never asked anyone for money. I learned more here in 2 weeks than I ever could have learned anywhere else. Everyone here has saved me a boatload of money. Not only in boating, but in NBR, PRICELESS!!! As long as this site is here, I will support it gladly!

I just now sent in the payment for two years. This is a valuable site for boating information. It has helped me in the past and I am sure it will help in the future.

I did not renew my anchor a year or so back as I had been out of boating for 5 years. however I am looking at making the leap back in and Boatered is my go to website for information so I just subscribed for 2 years and hope to have my anchor back soon. This is a great site with a lot of valuable information. I am happy to support it
