We got the call! We have been on the waiting list for a few years and today we were offered a slip on pier 4 at the City Dock. It looks like we will be moving north. It's a little more of a drive and we will miss the Bush River, but we are excited about the change. We won't miss the APG sewage spills and bombing.

So how fresh is the water at Havre de Grace? I wonder if I need to change my anodes from aluminum to magnesium on the Bravo.

Congrats, and welcome! We're on Pier 6.
The water here is considered "slightly brackish", but I've never detected any salt- even during dry periods. I use aluminium anodes but I'm sure some go with magnesium.

We're pretty well iced in now- I had to turn on my second IceEater today to clear the bow. I guess we're now paying the bill for the warm early winter!

Thanks for the welcome, we'll see you up there in the Spring.

Yes, the seasons have a way of evening themselves out in the end.
