Was in the vinyl business for 23 years but don't know what vinyl beadboard is. I replaced the headliner on my old '86,34C. Not that difficult on that boat & model. Replaced with perforated vinyl laminate like old model cars had as headliner.
Just finished doing ours. Used mulit tool to remove. Keep the old one as a template. Wire brush off any glue and install new one. Use the glue that the convertable/interior shop guys use.
