Hi Guys...first time in this group.
I need some help navigating the great south bay. I am picking up a new (used) boat at the SS3/MM in Lindenhurst this Friday morning. A MM salseman, from NJ, and not familar AT ALL, will be at the helm. We need to get out either Fire Island or Jones Beach and neither of us has any experience with the area. We're headed accross the big lake to NJ and into the Barnegat Inlet.
I could use all the all help I can get....
