just kidding, kind of! I honestly never paid much thought to buying a sea ray since to be completely honest i never liked their layouts on their express cruisers. However, now that i am looking ** a flybridge boat, i have found a sea ray that i had never seen before that seems to have a good layout. In fact, it seems to have all the important things we are looking for when it comes to a new boat.
We are looking at a 1999 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge. Anyone here ever have any experience with this model/year boat? Pros? Cons?
It has about 600 hours on the engines, which are a little more than i was looking for, but that only works out to like 75 hours a year so that is not really too bad for a 1999 i guess. How many hours should i expect to get out of 7.4 merc inboards before major work and money will be needed on them?
