I have been made responsible for the recovery and disposal of a 34 sail boat at the mouth of a local river. one salvage company wants 8,000 to get rid of it. Another wants 3,000, but I have waited for the last month for them to do it and all I get is excuses. Please if anyone can come up with a name or idea it would be
