Once again I thank everyone for their help and comments:
I kinda am a neat freak though this is not high on my priority list. Just wondering if someone could tell me if it's a bad situation or something to do when I have the time.
The questions is...the process...
Do I sand off the flakes spray some primer on then put paint over that? Or is there a more correct process. Also what do I do to the areas that are fine? Will the match somewhat... I have not done much metal painting work asside from rust oeleum on deck chairs and stuff.
