HELP!!!!!!!!

I am having trouble wiring a console mounted starter switch for an 85 hp what i believe is a 85 yr model mercury. the wires are not correctly color coded and while I work on hulls I normally leave the motors to someone else. therefore I have no clue as to which of the wires is connected to the two magneto connection nor the ignition. I have pictures of the engine and if I can I will add to this post...if not I can email them to anyone that may be able to help Thanks!
