Hidden Harbor Marina..........

Do you know how much they are selling for?

Only 13' beam for boats.. :(

Walter

Walter....... I thought the same thing about the 13' beam issue. Maybe a preconstruction contract could get you a 15' slip ???

They had an open house this past weekend..........never made it there.

Maybe call the R/E broker and ask what the pricing is.

I went down that canal with my dinghy a couple weeks ago, I saw the closed up marina and was wondering if it was another condo project...

Do you think their slips that fit a 13' boat is 13' or maybe with some boating thought they would have made them 13.6 or 14? [:-idea]

Well..........I know the owner/developer is a boater who lives on my canal........so maybe it's measured with a boaters ruler.

Don,
Another guy on your block getting into real estate? Didn't the last one learn anything. I hear that house is in foreclosure. If I had a buyer for mine, I would go for it.

Dave........ I didn't hear about that forclosure.....but I did hear of one just ONE house off the open bay......with more waterfront footage.

The developer that owns H/H has been successfully building for many years.....he's no newbee.

What is the age requirement for purchase and/or occupancy?
You must be over 18 years of age to purchase. Only adults age 55 and over and their immediate family over the age of 19 may occupy the units.

WOW...No kids allowed. Age discrimination?

Since I am not 55, do you think I can buy this condo? Maybe under my mothers name? I have a call in and will post the details, cost, HOMO fees, taxes, etc.

Why am I not surprised Walter is concerned about the "HOMO" fees...

The common charges don't seem too bad but I wonder what the purchase price is and the taxes. Keep us posted Walter!
