I have been having problems shifting into forward and reverse gears. I drained my oil and a 3/16" ball bearing fell out. I took apart the lower unit and found it fell out of the shift shaft. I put two new balls back in and everything seemed fine. Put it back together and when I shifted both balls fell out. I am not sure if anything is missing. Shim,washer,etc? When I took it apart nothing else fell out, just the balls. Has anyone else had any experience with this?
