houses within 20min delta

You may want to check out Tower Park Village, it is a group of about 200 mobile homes, like a condo setting ( you basically own your lot). It has the marina, bar and fuel dock within walking distance, and KOA has cleaned up most of the riff raff from the campground.

Hey now, let's not give anyone any ideas. I was up last week, and saw that the non-operational houseboat eyesore was gone. But then the primary squatter has somehow added a small motorohome on one of the burned barges to his collection. One has to wonder why...
