Just talking around the water cooler this morning and we came up with this question:I understand about needing a captains license to take people out for money but how big a boat can I take out with out one? Can I go buy a cruise ship and take my buddies out for a spin around the world? I have never seen a mximum size or weight listed -just if I am getting compensated or not
How Big?
