How ignorant can you be?

I've been there; wakes can be quite damaging.
Hope they ALL get arrested!
 
This happened over 7 years ago. Reckless with disregard to the safety of others...yes.

If they weren't caught since this video, chances are, Karma caught up to them in some way. :-)
 
Doesn't the statute of limitations kick in after 7 years? Maybe that's why it's just hitting youtube now.
