I have 3 half full bottles of McGuiers cleaner/wax. One from last season (1yr), one from the season before (2yrs) and one probably a season or two before that(3yrs+). You think it is usable? Or does it go "bad" after a period of time? Thanks in advance.

Was the wax subjected to prolonged freezing temperatures?
If not give the bottles a good shake and you should be good to go.
If your real concerned try it on a small area first.

It will be fine as long as it wasn't frozen.

I know once latex paint freezes it's done. WAX ? Shake the crap out of it, if it goes on just like it used to then it's good, otherwise .....

Well it hasn't been frozen. Been sitting in my crate in the basement. Going to give it a try and save a few bucks this year. Thanks.

I had a bottle once that appeared separated (like oil & water). No matter how long I shook it, it never looked right. I assume it had frozen.

I never gave it any thought I leave wax on my boat year round and I have never had a problem using it the following or even several years later.
