How many cartons of cigarettes fit in a 20 footer?

Wow. The last time we stayed at Bonnie Castle we were on the peninsula. We could see the blue lights come on at night once in a while. I'm surprised they tried this. But then again I'm not.

I guess you could say their profits went up in smoke?
 
Since 911, we've seen a proliferation of all sorts of authorities on and around the water. I often wonder how many there are that we don't notice. I guess there were a few up by Cape Vincent the other day.
 
Wow!!!! The threat is some lunatic hijacking an airliner and crashing it into whatever... and these guys are worried about CIGARETTES?????
