How to remove panels inside berthing area?

I have a 1995, 37 sundancer. My wife and I are removing all the old green material and recovering everything. In the main berthing area there are two panels. One just above the port window and one above the starboard window. We cannot figure out how to remove them. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
