Getting ready to paint the bottom and was power washing yesterday and as the junk came off was supprized to discover what appear to be blister's a couple the size of a small egg in the fiberglass they are hard Not many but enough to be very concerned or suprized fresh water boat but my thought is the gel coat has seperated from the fiberglass is this called Osmosis or somthing else is it a rush job or somthing we can paint over and get another year or so. Can we sand them down and fill with gel coat repair or get a professional bottom epoxy sealant done to the hull that seems to run $3.000 aprox the boat is a 1987 Carver 27 foot If for some reason I have not explained it enough just E mail me and I will try give you more detail
