Hutchison Island

I got alot of friends who recently bought in this area.
Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, Stuart are all nice
Though anything south of ft. pierce shares the island with a Nuke Plant!
 
Thanks. Just returned to West Palm. The place had amazing views, was totally remodeled and came with a 30' slip but hated the complex. I was never there before so can't speak for the rest of the island but was not impressed at all with this part. Think I'll look further south closer to airports. I'm looking for a townhouse with intracoastal views. No condos as I want to let me dogs right out the door.
 
For us, close proximity to an airport was important. You also want a place to keep a car.

We live in a no pet high rise condo. It works well for us.
 
Take a look at Marina Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens. I'm in the attached marina, incredible area. I've met several owners walking their dog that are in those units. You might find something on Singer Island as well, not too sure about townhouses out there.
