I-Command Gauges

The I-Command gauge installed on my boat has software Version 1.5.0 Build AZ622 installed. I would like to update that gauge and a couple of others I have that are new old stock which probably have an even older software load. I still need to replace the old style blue connectors on them so I can see what SW level is loaded. Can someone help me out with getting update files? I have a Lowrance HDS 8 that I can use to do the update. I also have everything needed to update it with my Toughbook if need be.

I don't know anything about the i-command system and I don't think this will help with the blue connector issue, but could this possibly help at all?
(Apparently normally an authorized dealer is "required" to perform such updates.)

Thanks Sandy. I just took care of the blue connector issue. I replaced them with NMEA 2000 standard connectors. That's a USB to CAN interface kit. I built one of those already. What I need is the software that you use the kit to upload to the I-C gauge.

Unfortunately, after all that good work, so far it sure looks like you will still have to go through the Evinrude dealer.

Thanks Sandy. I'm going to see if I can get the SW from a local dealer. Luckily my EMM has the latest SW load, so I just need to update the gauges.
