I just joined Boater Ed -- Now what?

I joined this morning, sent my money and got an email receipt from some automated service, but received no other instructions.

I'm particularly interested in just how I can search topics. Also, it won't accept my login under the "Members Only" section.

Any idea where I can find some help?
