I need a survey done on my boat for sale...MI

Are you buying or selling? The title of your thread says it is your boat, so it sounds like you are selling. If so, it's up to the buyer to do the survey, not the seller.
If I'm buying a boat, I wouldn't trust a seller's survey. I would find my own surveyor and that person would be working for me, not the seller.
 
It is my boat and I am just trying to help the guy out. I understand what you are saying but basicly if I can find some one to do the survey then I can sell my boat. And yes he will hire the surveyor.
 
Hey, if he's willing to use a surveyor that you recommend, go for it. Most people would prefer to find their own surveyor.
If it was my boat and the buyer wanted me to find a surveyor, I'd find one that was blind in one eye and couldn't see out of the other.

Google NAMS or SAMS and look for surveyors in your area.
