The bow pulpit, stansions, etc.. On a Mariner 36.. Has anyone done this work ? I cant figure out how to get to any of these without tacking apart the entire freaking boat ?
depending on year....Carver stanchion bolts are threaded into an aluminum plate glassed into the deck when they made the boat. Should be easy to rebed. The pulpit...you have to go into the anchor locker and locate the nuts in there and remove.
its an 85.. You think I will not need to access the underside ? If the aluminum plate has been stripped I guess tap to the next size ? The back courners by the stairs have double stantions.. One set seems shot..
