Seeing as how I'm officially retired now (Wednesday will be my 70th birthday), the wife, mother-in-law, and I took an extended motor trip, taking up most of the month of May.

We drove out to Junction City, Kansas to spend some time with relatives. Then on the way back to NJ, headed north to Nebraska and Iowa before cutting through IL and IN, to Indianapolis, to visit with other relatives. Then on the way back from there, stopped off in Lancaster County, PA and picked up some Amish sausage and other stuff.

Covered about 3500 miles, but am now back and will be checking the Forums on a regular basis again.
