Inflatable repair

What is wrong with it? What make and model?
 
In the meantime; Google "PVC fabric repair".
 
I have had Proskipper in Freeport NY recommended to me on several occasions, just have not had a chance to get over there yet, I need a repair also.

Who is Don? Does he really have a girl friend? Is she pretty? Will --- ------- -- - ? I repaired my own dinghy. But it was Hypalon.
 
I guess that bicycle shop in Babylon Village is not doing that anymore ??? I see over the last few years they are not selling inflatables. Andy, maybe they still repair them??? Worth a call since they are close to you.
 
I have had recommendations to use Port Inflatable in Port Wash.
 
Port Inflatable is in Port Jefferson. I have used them many times with great results.
 
Port Inflatable and ProSkipper are about the only ones that are on Long Island. I've used ProSkipper and were happy with them. They do work for either the police dept or fire dept....not sure which one.
 
does anyone have a working number for Proskipper? the number I have says non-working, as does the one earlier in this thread
 
They moved a few years ago to a new location on Atlantic avenue, not far from the beer distributor try this #(516) 223-2200. I used them once and had no problem. They used to do allot of work for the NYPD/NYFD marine units.

Apologies the Just realized that number was posted earlier. They used to have a web site I'll keep looking.
 
Highlife, whats wrong with your inflatable floor? I have patched mine twice in 2 different areas and so far so good. I am in SS3 and would be more than glad to help you with yours, if it needs patching. If it has a bad seam or valve, then I would think you need a professional.
 
hey, Dani-Lu...you mentioned you knew about patching...so here goes. I have an inflatable floor PVC dink, and the floor is separated from the tubes up front. It looks like it needs a piece of PVC maybe 2 inches wide by 12 inches across, to attach to the floor and the tube. Any ideas on how you'd do this?

By the way, on your kayak story - been there, done that, only I started in Anchorage....
