Inserting an image

[mintregila]

I'm sure this is somewhere but I have not been able to find it. How do I insert an image (picture) in the body of a post?

Thanks

Also, you need to resize your avatar - it's 112K big - a problem for our friends on dial up. You are squeezing a big photo into a little square - make the photo the same size as the square - 82x82
