insurance rates in florida will be going down.
Will boating insurance see their
rates going down also.

in your dreams... homeowner insurance is a necessity, having a boat is not... the legislature or governor isnt' going to get involved in boat insurance.

Someone may need a drug test! just kidding. My insurance has gone up about $800 in the last 2 years. I have had no claims either.
