I have a friend whose boat is insured by Progressive. He has had no claims and suffered no hurricaine damage. The boat is in Ala. Recently he got a non-renewal notice from Progressive. On quetioning his agent, he was told that "Progressive doesn't want to insure boats larger than 30' or valued at more than $100,000.00 any longer". Anybody else get a non-renewal from them?
