O.K. so here's the deal....Hypothetically....Lets say your running a 12V system with Two Batteries...Both Flooded, 1 starting battery and One Group 27 Deep Cycle, wired through a 1/2 Both Off switch....Lets say you spend a whole day on the hook, and lo and behold your starter won't turn with the starting battery or the deep cycle alone!!! You switch to both and still can't get enough juice to get her going!!! YIKES! So is it possible to rewire the batteries from Hot/Hot Neg/Neg ect....To a Hot/Neg configuration giving you in essence a 24v system there for perhaps giving you enough juice to start the engine??? Does everyone see what I'm getting at here? Is it possible by rewiring this way to get an emergency "jump" out of the batteries...I know that this is not the recomended way by any stretch, and I wouldn't need to try it as I have a Honda Genny, and a Jumper Pack I keep on board for emergencies, but still who knows????
