WOW! I wonder if that happens in this country. I would think OSHA would have so many rules the poor fellow would get killed from being strapped in.
 
I would think about a different job if I was one of those guys on that crew.
 
Those crazy Frenchmen...amazing that it took till 2004 to automate the Kereon lighthouse so nowadays people don't have to risk their lives like that.

Yeah you did, all of them had flotation coats on. There are some great videos on French rescue tugs.
