Interesting Website on a Great Vessel!

I have been on this vessel a couple of times when it was in the Delta at Bethel Island. At that time it was called "Starfjord" and owned by Miles Davis of Saucelito and Bethel Island.

A beautiful old vessel! I was sorry to see it leave Piper Slu.........

I'm surprised at you. I never knew the city was named for it's sauces. I always thought it was Sausalito ;-)

I too got a chance to spend a little time on the Starfjord when he had it moored at Jack London Square. Miles was a very pleasant guy and the boat was very cool!
 
Maybe I was hitting the sauce when I typed that!!!! I spelled it five ways and still got it wrong......
 
Sauce Alito: Isn't that the the "common name" of that great marinara variant, "Sammy's Supremo 'High Court' Spaghettio Sauce"?
